Who delivery is really for
- First time renters. If you have never driven anything larger than a pickup, delivery removes the single biggest source of stress.
- Big group weekends. Everyone drives their own vehicle to the campground and the RV is already there, leveled and cooling down.
- Tailgates and race weekends. A coach parked on site all weekend beats shuttling back and forth.
- Longer stays. If the RV is going to sit in one spot for a week or a month, there is no reason to drive it twice.
- Anyone without a tow vehicle. Travel trailers need a properly rated truck and a hitch. Delivery skips that problem entirely.
How delivered rentals work
- Pick your dates and your coach. Availability is per unit, so start with the RV that fits your group.
- Tell us the site. A campground and site number, a private property address, or an event lot. We need to know the surface, the approach and whether there are hookups.
- We confirm access. Low branches, tight turns, soft ground and narrow gates are the usual obstacles. A quick conversation up front avoids a bad surprise on arrival.
- We deliver and set up. We position and level the coach, connect to the site hookups where they exist, and walk you through the systems so you know how everything runs.
- You use it. No driving, no parking, no dump station on the way home.
- We collect it. We pick up at the end of your rental period.
What delivery costs
Delivery is $350 for the first 25 miles and $10 per mile after that. The mileage is measured from our lot in Spring to your delivery location one way, but that single figure pays for every mile we actually drive. Delivering and collecting is four one way trips, out to you, back to the lot, out again at the end and back, which is why the rate is $10 per mile rather than something smaller. Fuel is not included and is added to the reservation at the end of the rental.
For most of the north Houston area that puts delivery in the $350 range. Sites further out cost more, and we quote the exact figure before you book. The 25 miles is a minimum charge rather than a limit, and we run coaches to Austin, College Station, Prairie View and further afield regularly.

What we handle and what you arrange
We handle the RV: transport, placement, leveling, connection to available hookups and the systems walkthrough. We also handle collection.
You arrange the site itself. That means booking the campsite or securing permission for private property, and confirming what the site provides. Full hookups give you power, water and sewer. Partial sites may give you power and water only. A site with no power means you run on the generator, so consider prepaying generator hours if you are dry camping for several days.
