Arrive at the venue and the RV is already there

You bought the tickets months ago. Every hotel within an hour of the gate is either sold out or priced like a holiday. Camping on site is the better night anyway, but towing a trailer across Texas the day before a race is not how anyone wants to start a weekend.

We bring the RV to your spot, level it, connect it and leave it ready. You arrive with your bags. When the event is over we come back and collect it. You never tow anything, never empty a tank and never drive a coach you are not used to.

Where we deliver most often

Our lot is in Spring, just north of Houston. We deliver anywhere in the United States as long as the trip is paid for, so the list below is where we go most often rather than where we stop.

If your event is not on the list, ask anyway. A venue we have not served yet is a quote, not a no.

How a game day delivery works

1. You secure your RV parking spot or permit with the venue or the campground first. This has to happen before anything else, because without a confirmed spot there is nowhere for us to put the coach.
2. You tell us the venue, the spot number, the dates and how many people are sleeping in it. We quote the rental and the delivery in one figure.
3. You reserve with 30 percent down. The balance is due 30 days before the trip.
4. We deliver on your arrival day and meet you at the spot. You need to be there in person, because most venues will only let the ticket holder or permit holder onto the grounds.
5. We level the coach, connect it to whatever the site provides and walk you through the systems. It takes about half an hour.
6. When the event ends we come back and collect it. You pack your bags and leave.

What delivery costs

Delivery is $350 for the first 25 miles from our lot in Spring, then $10 per mile after that. The 25 miles is a minimum, not a limit.

The mileage is measured one way, but that single figure pays for every mile we actually drive. Delivering and collecting an RV is four one way trips: out to you, back to the lot, out again at the end of your rental and back once more. That is why the rate is $10 per mile rather than something smaller. Fuel is not included and is added to the reservation at the end of the rental.

So a venue 200 miles from Spring works out at $350 plus 175 miles at $10, which is $2,100 for delivery and collection together. We quote the exact figure before you book, and the number on the quote is the number you pay.

What comes with the rental

Every rental includes 200 miles per rental day and 4 hours of generator use per rental day, whether you drive the coach or leave it parked. Bedding, kitchen kit and outdoor chairs can be added.

A security deposit is held on your card and released after the return inspection. It runs $1,500 to $2,500 for motorhomes and $750 to $1,000 for trailers. Insurance through our third party provider runs $50 to $200 per day depending on the unit. There is a flat cleaning fee per rental, from $100 for a Class C up to $250 for a Class A diesel.

Two things to sort out before you book

The RV parking permit is yours to secure

Every venue runs its own RV parking, and most of them sell out long before the event does. Circuit of the Americas, Kyle Field, Tiger Stadium and the campgrounds around them all handle their own permits, spot assignments and arrival windows. That is between you and the venue. Once you have the confirmation in hand, send it over and we work to it.

You need to be present at delivery

Most venues will only admit the ticket holder or the named permit holder, and a driver arriving with a coach and no resident is usually turned away at the gate. Plan to meet us at the spot. It also means you get the walkthrough, which is worth the half hour.

How much does it cost to have an RV delivered to a race or a game?

Do you deliver outside Texas?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in the United States as long as the trip is paid for. Louisiana is a regular run for us. The 25 mile minimum is about the smallest charge, not the furthest we go.

Do I need to book the RV parking spot myself?

Yes. You secure the permit or the spot with the venue or the campground first, and you should do it early because event RV parking sells out well before the event does. We deliver to a confirmed spot, we do not obtain one for you.

Do I have to be there when the RV is delivered?

Yes. Most venues will only let the ticket holder or the named permit holder onto the grounds, so you need to meet us at the spot. It also gives you the systems walkthrough before your first night in it.

How far in advance should I book for a big event weekend?

For Formula 1 weekends and rivalry game days, as early as you can. Those dates fill first and they fill months out. For a smaller event a few weeks is usually enough, but the venue parking is often the tighter constraint, not our fleet.

Can I drive the RV once it has been delivered?

Yes, if you are on the rental agreement and covered. Most event customers leave it parked for the weekend, which is why the included generator hours matter more than the included miles.

What happens if the weather turns or the event runs long?

Talk to us. Extending by a day is usually possible if the unit is not booked out behind you, and it is billed at the normal nightly rate. We would rather move a collection than have you driving home tired.
